1994 Ford L8000 Mobile Welding Shop Box Truck. Perfect to start or run a mobile welding shop for servicing and repairing heavy machinery.

For Sale is a 94 Ford L8000 mobile repair shop mobile welding shop set up in a straight truck box truck. Has 136K miles. Cummins 8.3 diesel motor. 13 speed transmission. Single rear axle. Air brakes. 24 foot Box Van body with roll-up rear and curbside door.

Power liftgate / tailgate. This truck is in excellent condition. Good new tires. New Aluminum wheels. New Shocks and air to air charge cooler.

120 Gallon tank with two stage air compressor with 200 psi capacity with brand new Honda GX390 gas engine. 50ft of 1″ airline. 50ft of 3/4″ airline and 200 feet of 1/2″.

Comes with many tools including CP 1″ impacts, Ultrapro & Blue Point 3/4″ impacts, Blue Point 1/2″ impacts and Westward / Snap=On / Ultrapro impact sockets up to 1″ x 4″. Lots of new ratchets, extensions, files, chisels, punches, drill bits, screwdrivers, and deep / standard / impact sockets x 2.

Comes with two welders. First welder is a Lincoln Ranger 8 welder with 900 hours. 50 feet of double 00 gauge cable for welder and some extensions. Arc Aire attachment. Two boxes of Arctec carbons. 4 new boxes of Arctec 223 ac/dc, 2 boxes of Railtec, 2 of Ecoface, and 1 of Hardcro, as well as other assorted boxes of rods.

The second welder is a 2009 Millermatic 212 Mig welder with a new 33lb spool of E70C .045 wire, 2 spools of .035 and 2 of .030, and a spool of hardfacing. Big bottle of 75/25. Also comes with brand new miller 3035 spoolgun, and 5 spools of aluminum wire, 2 auto darkening helmets, 1 under helmet respirators, leathers, TIG gloves etc… There is over $500 worth of consumables and tips alone.

Victor and Harris HD oxy-acetylene cutting rigs, new #0, #1, #2 and #3 tips for both, big rosebuds and a bunch of brazing tips. 50 feet of hose, 2 big oxygen tanks, 2 acetylene, 2 propane, and a set of small oxy/acetylene bottles. lots of C-clamps and vicegrips.

This truck has every wrench necessary for HD repair, right up to 3 1/2″ SAE, and 36mm, two of everything, in most cases 4 of everything. Pipe wrenches to 48 inch, crescents to 48, breaker bars up to 4 foot x 1″. Torque wrenches 1/2″& 3/4″.

There is a metal bench in the front end, and parts organizers full of brass fittings, screws, pins, roll pins, etc, etc, etc. Under the bench is lots of hydraulic hoses, premade and bulk, and new ends for Cat, Hitachi, Komatsu etc.

Boxes of O-rings, D-rings, cylinder kits, pump kits, lots of filters for popular makes, SAE and UNF bolts and nuts up to 1″ x 5″.

There is an electromagnetic annular cutter, and a drill press mounted. There are grinders from 4 and 1/2 up to 12 inch, and lots of new zipcut discs and grinding wheels, wire brushes and flap discs.

20 ton air jack, plus some smaller manual models, a jack-all, and HD jack stands.

Cabinet full of Meritor brake shoes, Stemco seals, wheel bearings, Haldex and Meritor automatic slacks and a few brake cams and bushings. A full set of Stemco seal drivers for all popular truck and trailer sizes. There are three rubbermaid containers, one full of new Amber LED lights, all kinds, and 2 containers full of red lights, mostly LED.

A good selection of sealed beam, H4, halogen, and HID lights. 2 containers of pigtails, wiring harnesses and rolls of new wire. Tons of new double walled shrink tube, every size. Lots of solder and paste, and a couple micro torches.

Brand new HD pullers, and new Tiger Tool U-joint, slack adjuster, and tie rod/pitman arm pullers.
