It was built in 2010 and has multiple sinks and two areas to keep foods cold for the entire day. It has a fresh water system and the required grey water tank. Hot water is provided by the large coffee urn located next to the Griddle.

It has a large steam table with direct heat if you want to cook casseroles or large amounts of soups or chile. It also has a large soup pot over heat. It has a large popup awning (stainless steel) that allows for a large service window. There is also an area for condiments over the cooler for access from the outside for patrons. The cooking areas are run on propane. The exhaust fan and interior lighting is run off of the on-board 12 volt Marine battery. This Hot Dog Trailer, was designed to fit into a single space at most events and that helps to keeps your cost down. This trailer has extra pans and cooking supplies that are included. There is an abundance of stainless steel shelving for supplies in the interior. It also has a display window accessible from the outside for chips, snack, and candies. Hot Dog Cart Trailer is light and tows very nicely behind just about any vehicle. Tires are very good all around, and it is ready to tow. All exterior compartments and doors are lockable.
