Its very nice all around. It a 1995 model but it is very well maintained and has been stored indoors to preserve it from the outside elements. It has 2 Slide Outs, one large one in the living room, one in the bedroom, both work great. Tires are good but may need to be replaced soon. It looks very good in and out for its age. It has 2 awnings, both in good condition. It is equipped with a Fridge, good working AC, Microwave oven, bathroom toilet and shower, electric hot water heater. Two propane tanks. Newer mattress in bedroom. All in all nice older Fleetwood Savanna Travel Trailer Fifth Wheel 34 Foot unit with a need for a some TLC here and there.
