We bought this trailer brand new. We have taken it on a few cross country camping trips but is larger than we need. It has an outside kitchen that folds out on the side that is covered by the large awning. With the second door opening directly into the full bathroom complete with the large tub. The rear bedroom has four large bunks complete with a wardrobe and provision for another TV while the large master bedroom at the front has plenty of storage as well.
